Shipping & Returns/Order Policies
- Returns – personalized items can not be returned. Personalization errors due to a mistake on our part will be replaced and reshipped at no charge.
- Minimum Orders – all personalized items have minimum order quantity – generally 30 pieces. Exceptions are noted in our product catalog. Tags/Sticker sheets have a minimum order of 2 sheets for heart and circles tags (20 tags/stickers per page) and 3 diamond tags (12 tags/stickers per page).
- Samples – we gladly will fulfill all sample orders. Samples will be charged the per piece product price plus shipping costs.
- Changes – order changes are allowed up until the time an order is changed to the in-process status. After this time fees will be charged based on work completed before we receive notice of a change request.
- Timelines – while we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, we request that you advise your customers that all personalized products will ship within 10 business days. Items that require Rush Processing will require the assessment of a $6.95 fee – these items will ship within 5 business days or less.
- Payment Terms – all customers are required to pay via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Customers with 9 months of order history may apply for payment terms.
