We’ve made becoming an authorized retailer/distributor a simple, pain free process.
Simply complete our application and within 5 business days we will review it and upon approval, issue your login id and password.
You can be up and running selling our unique, high quality, personalized product line in as little as one week.

Posting our Products
Once you have established your account you can start adding our products to your site. You may choose one of the two methods outlined below to add our products to your site:
Method 1 (Recommended for most customers)
This is the simplest way to add our products to your site. With this approach, EOS hosts the designs on its site and you link to the design pages from your site. Aside from ease of setup, this approach also ensures that you always have our latest design library posted.
The following outlines the set up process:
• We created a special pop up pages of all of our available product types sorted by occasion. This page includes product design links.
• When you click on a product, a link hosted on our site will appear that will display all available designs in our library for that product. After you create the product on your site you can use this link to attach to it and all available designs will appear in a pop up window picured on that iem. All your customer has to do then is copy and paste the item design code into the *enter design code link.
• You may then use the same attributes we list on this page on your site, one of which is a text field into which your customers can paste their desired design based on the design chart link,
• That means that you can add just one of each of our items to your site and allow your customer to choose the design code they desire and paste it in the design field on your site.
• We recommend this method because
1) You will not have to upload thousands of product images and items to your site to carry our product line.
2) You will only have to upload one image of each product type
3) Using the design library links, your customer will be able to see al of our designs pictured on the product they are interested in on a pop-up page hosted on our site – the customer can cut and paste the design code into the design code field on your site
4) We frequently update our library with new designs and this approach ensures your customers always see the latest available designs.

For customers who have websites catering to only certain occasions:
We have recently updated our site to make placing orders easier for you and also to create a better system of posting our items on your own site based on the type of event your site caters to.
Since most of our customers specialize in only wedding favors or baby favors for example they would most likely not want to use the Main Product Images/Design links above because it would display designs for every event we currently have on our site.
Many of you have spoken with us about this and requested design links that were event specific. You asked and we have listened!
The Shop by Occasion section of the site has been rebuilt and is now set up in a way that will only display relevent designs for the category you are shopping in in the form of pop up charts. Similar to the system above we will host the design pop up charts on our site and keep them updated for you.
This system makes it fast and easy for you to post our products on your event specific site. For example if you have a baby shower favor site and want to see key chain mints with only baby designs this is now possible. You can take a look at the shop by occasion section to see how this works and use the same method on your own site. We have also provided the links you need for the pop up charts below for a fast and easy setup process.

Method 2 (Recommended for advanced users seeking maximum flexibility in posting EOS products on their site(s))
This method entails your downloading all of our product images and designs so you can create them on your own site. This can take a considerable amount of time to accomplish. Some customers prefer this approach because it provides them with the ability to optimize search engine results.
This approach can mean posting thousands of product codes individually and uploading thousands of images to your server. This will provide for a much larger site which some search engines find favorable for ranking purposes.
If you choose this method however, we recommend rewriting product descriptions in order to prevent the search engines from misinterpreting them for duplicate content.
While this would be a large undertaking it would definitely help to improve your site ranking because of the number of products and unique content. This method is only recommended for customers who have significant experience with databases and an advanced knowledge of their shopping cart program functionality.
